Peer connection and mentorship from peer recovery specialists here to walk with individuals through their journey.
Peer recovery support specialists work with individuals at any stage to encourage and guide through the bumps and triumphs!

Care Connections
Haven works with an extensive network of community providers to connect individuals with:
-medication assisted treatment
-psychiatric care
-primary care
-occupation and physical therapy and/or
-dental services.
These service connections are also available on site within our Recuperative Care program.

Assistance with resume building, interviews and employment connections in many fields.
We offer a specialized opportunity for those interested in construction in partnership with MT Contracting.

Recovery on the MoveList Item 1
Mobile outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use and/or mental health needs. Mobile showers, meals, necessities, and harm reduction across St. Louis!
For those interested in additional care, we offer same day housing, peer support and telehealth.

TRIPPList Item 3
To serve individuals and community partners, we developed TRIPP. Transportation + Relationship to Improve Post-Discharge Placements
Trauma-informed transportation gets individuals from A (discharge) to B (home, new level of care, etc.) with encouragement from door to door.

Drop-In Center
Haven provides a drop-in community center in the South City area. Our welcoming office location provides weekly groups, hot meals, wound care, trainings and community events for individuals in recovery, their families and our St. Louis community.

Community Health
Our dedicated Community Health Worker (CHW) is able to meet with community partners and individuals in need to make vital health resource connections as well as provide health education for a variety of topics with public health impacts.
Recovery on the Move!
Many in our community are difficult to reach. Services seem out of reach to access. The Haven Recovery team can now literally meet people where they are by going straight to them! From events to shelters to encampments, it had been a dream of our founders for years to have this mobile unit to deliver meals, provide wound care, assist with community efforts and more.
